Striker hurts ankle
Jonson Clarke-Harris is an injury worry for Latics after hurting his ankle in last night's Capital One Cup, first-round defeat against Derby County.The 19-year-old striker (pictured) limped off early in the second half at Boundary Park after receiving a painful kick to the joint.
Manager Lee Johnson later explained that Clarke-Harris' ankle was swollen and he will therefore be a major doubt for Saturday's home Sky Bet League 1 match against Walsall.
Jose Baxter, James Dayton and Cristian Montano, who picked up knocks during Saturday's league win at Stevenage, were all declared fit and started last night's match.
