Winger a doubt for opening game
James Dayton is an injury doubt for Latics' opening Sky Bet League 1 match of the season at Stevenage on Saturday.The winger (pictured) picked up a knock in training which is a worry for Lee Johnson.
Latics' manager says the injury to Dayton is the only one sustained pre-season adding much of the credit is down to new fitness coach Lee Steele.
The only other absentee will be Carl Winchester who injured his knee on international duty at the end of last season.
