Injured players have extra time to recoverManager Lee Johnson has welcomed having no midweek match saying it will help Latics' walking wounded.
Three players were injured in Saturday's home defeat by Walsall.
David Mellor limped off in the opening half with a hamstring injury which will be assessed today though, happily, it does not appear serious.
Wide-player James Dayton (pictured) picked up a groin strain and Charlie MacDonald a dead leg.
Johnson said: "It has been an intense 10 days so it is good to be able to ease off for a couple of days and then sharpen up for Saturday's game at Peterborough.
"It helps having a full week to prepare and rest the walking wounded."
