Jack faces lengthy lay off
Jack Truelove has suffered a major injury blow.The Latics youngster (pictured) faces between six and nine months on the sidelines after sustaining a serious knee injury.
A scan has revealed damage to the left back's cruciate and medial ligaments.
It is cruel for the second-year scholar who made his first-team debut in the final match of last season at Leyton Orient.
Truelove had been training with the first team for most of this season and nudging ever closer to a place in the team.
He was named on the bench for the recent home game against Walsall in Sky Bet League 1.
