Oldham Athletic were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former player Wayne Harrison on Christmas Day.
Wayne, aged 46, was a product of the youth system at Boundary Park before being transferred to Liverpool in 1985 for £250,000, a then record fee for a teenager, after just five first team appearances for Latics.
