Latics prepared for icy snap
Latics have taken steps to ensure Saturday's home npower League One match against Portsmouth beats the predicted cold snap.Frost covers were today placed on the Boundary Park pitch and will remain covering the surface until Saturday morning.
Head Groundsman Chris Bailey says the pitch is fine at the moment and he does not envisage any problems.
