Matt named player of the month
It was no surprise when Matt Smith was named Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre player of the month for January.Smith, who scored two goals in the FA Cup with Budweiser, fourth-round win against Liverpool, also found the net against Coventry.
Since becoming a regular in the side in mid-December, Smith has produced memorable performances which have impressed top managers like Alex McLeish and Brendan Rodgers.
