Nicola watched Liverpool win in South Africa
Olympic Games bronze medalist and Nicola White will be at Boundary Park on Saturday to watch Latics play Everton in the fifth round of the FA Cup with Budweiser.It will be a far cry to the last round when Latics' fan Nicola saw the victory against Liverpool from almost 6,000 miles away in South Africa.
Nicola (pictured) took time out from playing hockey for England in the Investec Challenge to see the dramatic victory against Liverpool.
"We had Sky Sports in our hotel room so I was able to watch the match. My room mate was a Liverpool fan so you can imagine it was very tense," she explained.
Nicola helped England win a bronze medal in the tournament beating Australia 3-2 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in the play off for third and fourth places.
