Oldham Athletic would like to clarify some rumours that have come to the club's attention surrounding the forthcoming Liverpool match and ticket arrangements for match day staff.
It has been brought to the club’s attention that rumours are circulating that this is not the case for the Liverpool game.
The match day staff are an integral part of the club’s operation and as such have always been permitted to enjoy the match as part of their employment package.
They are disappointed to hear such rumours and the undue annoyance and inconvenience caused by this misinformation which in turn tarnishes the good name of Latics.
The club would like to set the record straight on this matter by confirming that, as always, match day staff will be permitted to enjoy the game without buying their own ticket as part of the club's commitment to them.
