Volunteers required to clear snow
It is a case of all hands to the pump at Latics where groundstaff and volunteers are helping clear snow from the pitch and surrounds at Boundary Park.Jose Baxter's dad Andy (pictured with head groundsman Chris Bailey) even joined the helpers as they battle to get the ground ready to stage tomorrow's FA Cup with Budweiser, fourth-round tie against Liverpool.
But after heavy snow overnight, it is proving to be an arduous task to clear it and more help is needed.
If you can donate a few hours of your time, it will be appreciated.
Simply turn up at Boundary Park and ideally with a shovel.
