Latics not to appeal against sending off
Latics have decided not to appeal against James Wesolowski's sending off in yesterday's npower League One match at Scunthorpe United.Having read the match officials report and analysed the DVD of the incident involving the Iron's Damien Mozika, Latics have decided not to try to get the red card rescinded.
Wesolowski will therefore miss Saturday's FA Cup with Budweiser, third-round tie at Nottingham Forest and subsequent league games against Brentford and Coventry City.
