Andy joins admin team
Andy Steel has joined Latics' administrative team to work in the ticket office and reception at Boundary Park.The 23-year-old from Middleton is a lifelong Latics' fan and season-ticket holder in The Verlin Stand.
Andy (pictured) was first taken to a Latics' match aged three by his father Tony who is also a diehard supporter.
But before that, Andy's made his entrance into the world on the way Latics played Manchester United in the semi-final replay of the FA Cup at Maine Road.
"My Dad had tickets and had to give them up. And to add insult to injury, the nurses at hospital would not allow him to watch the match on television," explained Andy.
A graduate in sports journalism at Huddersfield University, Andy did his work experience in the media department at Latics.
Andy worked in telesales for the last 12 months before signing on for Latics.
