Latics welcome back old friend George Hill
Latics are today delighted to announce George Hill Timber and Building Supplies are the new title sponsor of the Main Stand at Boundary Park.
Older supporters will of course remember George Hill’s long-standing association with the club and everyone at Oldham Athletic is delighted to welcome back an old friend. The two-year agreement will see the re-branding of the stand in time for the visit of Derby County in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday, August 6th.
Jayne Hill, Company Secretary of George Hill Timber and Building Supplies, said: "We are proud to, once again, be the title sponsors of The George Hill Stand at Boundary Park.
"We have a long and proud history within the town and also with the football club. We are looking forward to the next two seasons, and we'll be working closely with the club to provide some great offers for Latics fans, both trade and public, throughout the duration of our partnership."
Latics Sales and Marketing Executive, David Broadbent added: "I am delighted to welcome George Hill Timber and Building Supplies back to Boundary Park.
"Over the years we've had a long and proud association as two of the longest-standing institutions within the town and everyone at the club is very happy to be working in partnership with George Hill Timber and Building Supplies again.
"The deal is for an initial two-year period and is worth a significant five-figure sum. We will be working together closely over the next two years and I would like to thank Jayne and Andy for all their hard work in bringing this partnership together.
"This is an exciting time for ourselves, for George Hill and for the whole town and we're delighted to be together again."
