Fans help to pay for Latvian Joksts
Fans, who are members of Trust Oldham's PlayerShare scheme, are pictured meeting new-signing Edijs Joksts, the giant Latvian central defender they are helping to fund.
And PlayerShare committee member Janet Winterbottom is seen handing over a cheque to Latics' manager Lee Johnson.
"The PlayerShare committee welcomed the chance to help Lee Johnson bring a talent player to the club in the shape of giant Edijis (Eddie)," explained Janet.
PlayerShare is a fans' scheme to help assist the manager when and where possible.
Trust Oldham's Richard Attwood added: "Any fan can get involved with PlayerShare, may it be donating £1 a week or giving up a few hours to help organise events."
