Manager pleased with fitness levels
Lee Johnson described himself as a "happy gaffer" after two days of pre-season training.

The players, who were all given summer programmes to undertake, have spent the last two days at Bolton University undergoing fitness testing.
Johnson said: "Really pleased with the lads today. Vo2 max and body fat results were excellent....can go straight into the football now."
