Baby Harry makes Boundary Park bow
Three-day-old Harry David Mellor today made his first appearance at Boundary Park.Harry is the newly-born son of Latics' midfield player David Mellor and his fiancee Emma Whitehead.
He was born at their home in Shaw on Tuesday weighing in at 7lb 12oz and already with a good head of dark hair.
And there was a surprise for Emma within 10 minutes of Harry's birth with a romantic and unusual marriage proposal.
When David produced baby Harry's first babygrow, printed on the front was 'Mummy, will you marry Daddy.'
