Do something funny for money
Oldham Community Leisure is holding two events to raise money for Comic Relief.Tonight (Friday) at Oldham Sports Centre between 6.30pm and 8.45pm will be 'Retro-Bics.'
Members of the public are asked to dig out their 1980's fitness outfits and join them for two-and-a-quarter hours of fun, fitness and fund raising.
Entry is £1 and those attending are also encouraged to get additional sponsorship.
Tomorrow (Saturday) a Family Fun run takes place between 10am and noon at Radclyffe Athletics Centre with Latics' mascot Chaddy The Owl taking part.
It is a one mile run, jog or walk - under-15's can opt for a half-mile distance - with fancy dress optional.
It is £1 for adults to take part and 50p for children.
