First-round draw date
The first-round draw for the Capital One Cup will made on Monday, June 17th
.
The two highest placed relegated clubs from the Premier League will be seeded though to round two (Reading) and round three (Wigan Athletic).
The draw, which will be both seeded based on last season’s league tables and also regionalised, will consist of 70 Football League clubs.
