Connor has new problem
Connor Brown is a new injury worry for Latics. The right-back (pictured) has suffered a setback shortly after returning to action after a two-and-a-half-month absence through a knee injury.
Brown made a cameo as a late substitute in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy win against Notts County.
That was followed by a 45-minute workout in the youth-team friendly against Chester City last Saturday.
Brown received a whack on his knee on Saturday and has fluid on it which ruled him out of last night's match.
Manager Lee Johnson is hopeful it is not serious, but is keen not to push Brown back too quickly to aggravate the problem.
Cristian Montano and David Mellor both limped out of last night's FA Cup with Budweiser win at Wolves.
Montano, who has been having back problems, jarred his knee.
Mellor, meanwhile, suffered cramp having only just recovered from sickness.
