Manager happy to be at home
Lee Johnson is delighted to have landed a home draw in the Northern Area Semi-Finals of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.Latics will play League Two side Chesterfield at Boundary Park in a game to be played in the week commencing Monday, December 9th.
Manager Johnson said: "My reaction is the same as the last round - it is good to have a home draw.
"It will be a difficult game with Chesterfield doing well in their league, but it is one we feel we have a good chance of winning, especially as we are at home.
"We will also try to recreate an excellent atmosphere like we had at Boundary Park against Notts County in the last round."
