Northern Ireland lose to Italy
Latics' players Carl Winchester (pictured) and Kirk Millar both completed the full 90 minutes for Northern Ireland under-21's tonight in a 3-0 defeat in Italy.Northern Ireland were still in with a shout in their UEFA under-21 Championship group game, which was played in Reggio Emilia, until the last four minutes when they conceded two goals.
They have lost all five group games and are bottom of group nine.
Latics' Edijs Joksts is in the Latvia under-21 squad for tomorrow's group game in Liechstenstein.
