Edijs hurt in reserve-team match
Edijs Joksts was hurt in Latics' reserve-team match yesterday against Morecambe.The giant centre half (pictured) limped off early in the second half of the 3-1 defeat with a groin strain.
It is a worry as Joksts is due to leave on Sunday for international duty with Latvia.
Joksts is in the squad for internationals away to Liechtenstein and Croatia in the qualifying group stage of the UEFA under-21 Championships.
