Auction raises £1,711
A late flurry of bids saw the total raised from the sale of Latics' poppy shirts reach £1,711.Bidding closed at 4.30pm today and the winning bidders have been notified.
The poppy shirts were worn by Latics' players for the FA Cup with Budweiser, first-round tie against Wolves as a Remembrance Day tribute to the fallen from two World Wars and other conflicts.
All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Royal British Legion.
