Debut for Petrasso
Latics handed a debut to new-loan signing Mike Petrasso in this afternoon's Sky Bet League 1 match at Gillingham.The winger (pictured) was only signed yesterday from Queens Park Rangers and had a training session with the team at Maidstone.
There were also recalls for Jonathan Grounds and Joseph Mills in defence as the injured Cristian Montano, David Mellor and Anton Rodgers missed out from the win at Wolves in midweek.
The returns of the two defenders enabled Korey Smith to return to midfield.
Gillingham's nine goal top scorer Danny Kedwell had recovered from an injury picked up early in Monday's FA Cup with Budweiser, first-round replay defeat at Brackley.
