Under-15's in five-goal win

Latics under-12's produced a good performance to beat Blackpool 5-3.

Will Roberts scored twice while Alex Panter, Jack Sloane and James Fletcher also found the net.

THE under-15's were also victors defeating Blackpool 2-1 after a closely-fought contest.

One down at half time, Latics hit back with two goals in quick succession from Thabani Jambaya and Mason Fallon whose deflected free kick found the top corner of the net.

THERE was also a 2-1 win for the under-14s who produced a much-improved performance and controlled the game against Blackpool throughout.

Mwiya Malumo scored both goals for Latics who also missed two penalties.

LATICS' under-16's drew 1-1 against Blackpool following a scrappy contest which was ruined by the blustery conditions.

After a goalless opening half, Latics took the lead with a 35-yard lob from a trialist before conceding an equaliser through a goal which Latics claimed was offside.

A HIGH scoring game saw Latics' under-10's lose 9-7 to Blackpool.

Latics' goals came from Patrick Taylor, Taylor McDowell, Jacob Rimmer, Kane Badby, two from a trialist and an own goal.

THE under-11's lost 8-1 to Blackpool with the score not a true reflection of the game.

Latics didn't take their chances while Blackpool were clinical in front of goal. Louie Bull scored Latics' consolation goal.
