Connor to have surgery
Connor Brown is to have surgery on his injured knee later this week.Latics' right back (pictured) today visited a specialist who informed him he needs an operation on the joint he injured in the home win against Port Vale.
Manager Lee Johnson explained that the extent of the injury won't become clear until the surgeon has looked inside the joint.
However, it looks as though Brown will be out for weeks as opposed to days as had been hoped.
