A splash of colour has been added to a classic moment from Oldham Athletic history by re-colouring the famous photo of Joe Royle leading his side out in the Littlewoods Cup final in 1990.
The re-colouring has been provide by The Football League as part of the #WallOfColour campaign.The new photo shows what a massive difference colour can make and comes as Latics are calling on fans to create a #WallOfColour at the opening home league match of the season against Leyton Orient on Saturday, August 16.
Supporters are asked to wear blue to inspire Liam Kelly and the team to get the 2014/15 Sky Bet League One campaign off to the best possible start at home and then share their efforts on social media using #WallofColour.
