Latics have allowed full back Connor Brown to extend his stay with Carlisle United until January 3, 2015.
Brown, who initially joined on loan for a month, has played a part in every game for the Cumbrians since his arrival.Carlisle currently sit 22nd in the Sky Bet League Two table, three points from relegation.
