Latics goalkeeping coach Bobby Mimms has left the club to take up a role in the Bahrain national side.
Mimms, who has been with the club since the summer, joins up with Bahrain immediately, leaving manager Lee Johnson in search of a new goalkeeper coach.
Speaking about the departing coach, the gaffer said: “Bobby is a fantastic man and coach. He will be missed but we wish him all the best in his new role as Bahrain national goalkeeper coach. We thank him for his contribution throughout the season.”
