With less than two weeks until Oldham Athletic's first home pre-season game against Newcastle United, the pitch will be ready, according to head groundsman Lee Williams.
The 33-year-old has been working tirelessly on the Boundary Park surface and has assured supporters it will be ready in time for the pre-season kick off."The pitch is where I want it to be at this point in time. The grass is filling together nicely and the pitch will definitely be ready in time for the game against Newcastle," said Williams.
