Sebastian Stockbridge will be the man in the middle for Saturday's FA Cup clash with Leyton Orient.
The referee has handed out 34 yellow cards and no reds in his 11 games in charge this season.
Stockbridge last officiated the club last season in the FA Cup second round as Latics ran out 4-1 winners against Mansfield Town in front of the BT Sports cameras.
Darren Strain and Anthony Backhouse will assist the referee whilst Ian Dudley will be Saturday's fourth official.
