Oldham Athletic have partnered up with Sherriff Amenity as the company has become the club's Pitch Development Partner.The five-year partnership deal means Sherriff Amenity will be the exclusive suppliers of all fertilisers and grass seeds to the club.
The company will also provide technical advice, along with soil analysis, on the SportsDirect.com Park and training ground pitches.
Speaking about the partnership, Chief Executive Neil Joy said: "The playing surface at SportsDirect.com Park is attracting praise from visiting club and match officials on a weekly basis thanks to the first class products provided by Sherriff Amenity and the enthusiasm and hard work of our head groundsman and his staff. This partnership is further evidence that the club is moving forward both on and off the pitch."
Mark Pyrah, Amenity Director, added: "Part of our strategy is to align ourselves with forward-thinking organisations and we want our customers to see us as a partner. We have been successful in other sports such as golf and Oldham Athletic are one of the first football clubs we have engaged with as partners. We are looking forward to the next five years as partners of the club and to support Lee Williams and his staff.

This combined with the quality of products, delivery and use of their in-house agronomist helps to ensure we prepare the quality pitches which the club demands.”
