Carl Winchester played the full 90 minutes in the Northern Ireland under 21s 4-1 home defeat to Serbia last night.
The midfielder saw his side fall 4-0 behind before the hour mark but a consolation goal from Ryan Brobbell was not enough to get the Northern Irish back into the game.Winchester will now fly back and become available for Latics' Sky Bet League One clash with Gillingham on Saturday.
