Darren Sheldrake will be in charge of Saturday's clash with Walsall.
In his 28 games in charge this season, he has handed out 86 yellow cards and 10 reds.
Sheldrake was last in charge of Latics in their 3-0 away defeat to Leyton Orient back in February.
Paul Cook and Alix Pashley will assist the referee whilst Robert Jones will be Saturday's fourth official.
