Michael Higdon and Jay Fulton have returned to their respective parent clubs after the duration of their loan period ended.
Higdon, who was on loan from Sheffield United, contributed five goals during his loan spell, including braces against Gillingham and Southend United.Fulton, on loan from Swansea City, made 11 appearances for Latics, unfortunately without finding the target.
Manager David Dunn said: “They have been a big help for us and had an impact for us.
“We need to start reshaping the squad because at the minute we’ve probably got too many players.”
