Amari Morgan-Smith delighted young supporters on Saturday prior to the game with Colchester United, appearing in the tuckshop pre-match to serve customers.
The striker, who has missed the last four games with injury, served youngsters in the tuckshop and posed for pictures.
Morgan-Smith said: "I was more than happy to help the Boundary Blues out. I enjoyed the experience and hope I managed to put smiles on the children's faces."
Boundary Blues leader, Wendy Noble, said: "Amari was an absolute credit to the football club and we got really positive feedback from supporters so we can't thank him enough for his help."
