Latics boss Lee Johnson spoke of his delight at his transfer dealings in the January window.The 33-year-old has added four players to his squad whilst three have left the club.
Jacob Mellis, Jake Kean, Conor Wilkinson and Rhys Murphy have all been added to the squad whilst James Dayton, Paul Rachubka and David Mellor have departed.
Speaking last night, the gaffer said: "As a manager, it has been a fantastic transfer window. We have kept all of our best players and we have improved in certain areas which is what we try and do in every window.
"I have to thank the chairman and the board for backing me in this window and giving ourselves every chance of rising in the division."
