Oldham Athletic will train at West Ridings County FA today ahead of tomorrow's Sky Bet League One clash with Scunthorpe United.
The players have been limited to gym work as weather conditions have affected the training pitches for the last week.
Due to Chapel Road surface being frozen, the West Ridings County FA have allowed the club to train on their facility today in preparation for tomorrow's game.
Gaffer, Lee Johnson, said: "Training has been a problem for us for the last week to ten days and it's quite annoying. We can't get the team aspect involved, particularly the tactical dynamic.
"We can do it on the subbuteo board but it's about getting out there, moving and having them little interactions with your teammates. We have been looking after them in other ways, certainly physically as we've had them in the gym.
"We've been making sure they are in the gym and putting in the extra sessions. Fitness wise the players should be alright but we've got to make sure we get on grass as soon as possible."
