Robert Lewis will be the man in charge of tomorrow's Sky Bet League One clash with Colchester United.
Lewis has only been in charge of two Football League games this season, handing out five yellow cards and no reds.
The last time Lewis officiated a Latics game was last season as Derby ran out 1-0 winners in the Capital One Cup first round.
Ken Haycock and Steven Meredith will assist the referee whilst David Storrie will be Saturday's fourth official.
