Manager Darren Kelly, full back Jack Truelove and Chaddy the Owl were present to greet seven-year-old Freddie Hulley as he arrived at the club earlier today.
Sporting the new Oldham Athletic home strip, Freddie was greeted by the trio at the front door after a social media campaign went viral to find him.After having his picture taken, Freddie showed the gaffer his football skills before Kelly personally gave him a tour of the changing rooms and his office.
Allowed to sit in the manager's chair, Freddie revealed his favourite player was 2014/15 Player of the Season, Carl Winchester.
Freddie will now lead the teams out for the game against Scunthorpe United on October 10, three days before his eighth birthday.
