Manager Darren Kelly has outlined his expectations for the players when they return to pre-season training on Monday, June 29.
Kelly, who met his players before they departed for the off-season, has planned their pre-season schedule as he prepares for his first year in the job.
Goalkeeper Joel Coleman and several young professionals have been working hard over the summer to get match ready ahead of the new season and Kelly expects many of the players to return in good condition.
He said: "They will come in for testing on June 29. We gave the players an off-season programme that they have to work to.
"It gives us an idea of when they come back we know where they are at. We can find out if they have been doing the work or just sat on their backsides.
"At the end of the day, I chatted to the players [before the end of the season] and they seem a really good bunch.
"Things are going to be tough for them because in order to do what we want to do, there has got to be a serious work ethic. There will be a lot of hard work, with a lot of ball work.
"When they come back in for the testing, I'm sure they will all be fine."
