OACT Looking For Local Business Support

30 June 2015

Oldham Athletic Community Trust are looking for local businesses to help support the charity with its delivery of various community projects around Oldham.

Oldham Athletic Community Trust are a registered charity who provide opportunities through sport to the people of Oldham and aim to support the local community regardless of age, gender, race, religion or skill level to promote a healthier lifestyle through sport.

Local businesses can show their support in a number of ways, from charitable donations, assistance with fundraising events or sponsorship of one of the many projects OACT run.

On a daily basis OACT work with hundreds of people across the borough on projects based in school settings to projects based out within the community outside of the school day.

Any business involvement in support of OACT would receive extensive media coverage as news on the OACT work regularly features in the local media, on social media, Oldham Athletic official website and matchday programme.

Due to OACT being a registered charity all funds received will then be put straight back into the community, either across the whole of the Trusts project or aimed at one specific area.

As part of working in partnership with OACT as well as helping a committed local charity businesses can enjoy a wide range of additional incentives, such as OAFC player visits and use of the SportsDirect.com Park pitch come the end of the football season.
