Mark Heywood will be the man in charge of Saturday's clash with Barnsley.
In his 22 games in charge this season, Heywood has handed out 70 yellow cards and three reds.
Heywood last officiated Latics in their 1-1 draw with Crawley Town earlier in the season.
Gary Hilton and Steven Rushton will assist the referee whilst Alix Pashley will be Saturday's fourth official.
