For those booked on to the free food safety level two course, the enrolment time is 10am until 12pm tomorrow morning (Thursday, May 28) in the O2 Business Suite.
Those attending must bring photo ID and proof of benefit will be needed to be able to undertake the course.This ten-hour course will provide you with knowledge of the parameters of basic food safety practices relevant to the catering industry.
The course is to run from 10am-3pm on Wednesday, June 3 and Wednesday, June 10 at SportsDirect.com Park in the O2 Sponsors Suite.
