On-loan full back Cameron Dummigan played the full 90 minutes but was unable to prevent his side losing to France under 21s.
It took France 82 minutes to get themselves on the scoresheet through Enzo Crizelli as they came out winners in the UEFA U21 Championship qualifying match.Dummigan will now represent his country once again as Northern Ireland under 21s face Ukraine tomorrow.
That rules him out of tomorrow’s Emirates FA Cup first round replay with Mansfield Town.
