Geoff Eltingham will be the man in charge of Saturday’s Sky Bet League One fixture with Scunthorpe United.
In his nine games in charge this season, Eltingham has handed out 19 yellow cards and two reds.
Eltingham last officiated Latics last season in their 1-1 away draw with play-off semi finalists Chesterfield.
Andrew Newbold and Craig Taylor will assist the referee whilst James Bell will be Saturday’s fourth official.
