North Stand Progress Update.
In view of the anticipated test event scheduled for Saturday, October 17 at the home fixture v Sheffield United, the club can update fans as to the latest position regarding the development of the new North Stand.
Following meetings between club officials, the developer and certifying authorities, an operational plan for the initial test event has been submitted for consideration.
Subject to approval and the granting of the appropriate occupational certificate and confirmation of the permitted spectator capacity for the event, the aim is to open the main seating deck and concourse bars and to have the new club shop operational.
It is anticipated that a proportion of the North Stand car park will also be available to fans for this fixture.
Supporters will be further advised as to the full arrangements for the initial test event as soon as practicable.
