Important Car Parking & Disabled Car Parking News

11 September 2015

Due to renovations to the North Stand car park and the severely restricted availability, the club have issued permits to wheelchair-using season ticket holders.

This permit will allow them to park behind the TLH Auctioneers stand and we also have a limited number of parking for blue badge holders on a first come first serve basis.

Stewards will be on hand to assist with drop offs if required, should fans wish to utilise the hospital car park.

The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust have again very kindly allowed the club to use a section of their new staff parking facility on Westhulme Avenue, off Westhulme Way (to the rear of B&Q) for fans to park before Saturday’s home game against Peterborough United.

This is following on from the same arrangements from last weekend’s game against Bradford City which worked very successfully.

There are 300 places available on the car park and stewards will be on hand to co-ordinate the operation and ensure the safety and security of supporters.

The hospital car park will be free for supporters to use but will be strictly on a first come first served basis.

The club thanks all supporters for their continued patience and understanding during this period of inconvenience.
