Midfielder Jay Fulton has joined Oldham Athletic on a 93-day emergency loan deal from Premier League side Swansea City, subject to international and Premier League clearance.
The promising 21-year-old has appeared four times for the Swans since signing in the 2014 January transfer window.
He joined the Premier League side from Scottish side Falkirk where he scored five goals in 83 games, having made his debut aged 17.
Fulton has also been capped at Scotland under 18, 19 and 21 level.
Interim manager David Dunn said: “I’m delighted to bring Jay into the club. He is someone we have watched a few times and he comes highly recommended.
“He has a good character, works his socks off, is a box-to-box midfielder and I’m looking forward to working with him.”
Fulton will wear the number 32 shirt during his time with the club.
