Andy Woolmer will be the man in charge of Saturday’s clash with Doncaster Rovers.
Woolmer has taken charge of five games so far this season, handing out 18 yellow cards and no reds.
He last officiated Latics in 2012 as Latics lost 1-0 at home to Tranmere Rovers.
Paul Hobday and Steven Rushton will assist the referee whilst Alf Greenwood will be Saturday’s fourth official.
